The gold-standard clinical interview. We explore 18 diagnostic traits across your childhood and adult life to identify patterns of executive dysfunction.Phase 3: Clinical Analysis and Documentation
A thorough analysis of your interview data, observer reports, school records, and psychometric screening to create a formal diagnostic report.Phase 4: Feedback and Management Session (50 mins)
We review the findings together and map out your next steps—including referrals, workplace adjustments, and tailored executive function strategies.

Includes: Two 1:1 clinical consultation sessions, scoring of all psychometric assessments, and a comprehensive formal diagnostic report.
Medicare: If you have a Mental Health Care Plan, you may be eligible for a rebate of $96.65 for each of the two 1:1 sessions (Total rebate: $193.30), bringing your out-of-pocket cost to approximately $956.70.
