What are your fees and how do rebates work?

I believe in full transparency about the financial side of therapy. My session fee is $260 for a 50-minute session.

Medicare Rebates?

If you have a referral and a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, you can claim a Medicare rebate of $98.95 per session for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. This leaves you with an out-of-pocket cost of $161.05. I can process your Medicare claim on the spot, with the rebate usually appearing in your bank account within a day or two.

Private Health Insurance?

If you have private health insurance with psychology coverage, you may be able to claim a rebate. Please note that you cannot claim both a Medicare and a private health rebate for the same session. We recommend checking with your insurer directly to confirm your coverage.

Are sessions in-person, online, or over the phone?

I offer a flexible approach to suit your needs and comfort. You can choose to have your sessions as:

In-person: We can meet in my private office in Prahran, Melbourne. This provides a dedicated space for our work together.

Telehealth: We can connect from anywhere in Australia via a secure, confidential video platform. This is a great option for convenience and flexibility.

Phone: For those who prefer the privacy and ease of a simple phone call, this option can feel less intimidating and is a great way to talk openly.

What days are you available?

In-person sessions are on Wednesdays, while telehealth and phone sessions can be both Wednesdays and Saturdays. Appointments outside of these days can be requested if availability permits.

Do you offer services for workplaces or organizations?

Yes. In addition to my clinical practice, I offer bespoke workplace facilitation, workshops, and training on topics such as mental well-being, emotional regulation, and psychological safety.
