What days are you available? The practice operates on a hybrid model to offer both in-person and digital flexibility:
Wednesdays: In-person (Prahran) and Telehealth.
Thursdays: Telehealth / Online only.
Saturdays: By appointment only (Telehealth).
Are sessions in-person, online, or over the phone? I provide a flexible approach to suit your professional and personal needs:
In-person: We meet at my private office in Prahran, Melbourne (Wednesdays).
Telehealth: We connect via a secure, confidential video platform available Australia-wide.
Phone: For those who prefer the privacy and ease of a simple call.
What is the address? The practice is located in Prahran, Melbourne (3181). To maintain client privacy, the specific office address and arrival instructions are provided once your booking is confirmed.

What are your fees? I believe in full transparency regarding the financial side of therapy:
Initial Consultation: $275 (50 minutes)
Subsequent Sessions: $260 (50 minutes)
How do Medicare rebates work? If you have a referral and a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, you can claim a Medicare rebate of $98.95 per session (Item 80110) for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.
Initial Session out-of-pocket: $176.05
Subsequent Session out-of-pocket: $161.05
Note: I process your rebate on the spot, and it usually appears in your bank account within 24–48 hours.
Can I use Private Health Insurance? Yes. If your policy covers psychology, you may be able to claim a rebate. Note that you cannot claim both Medicare and Private Health for the same session. Please check with your insurer to confirm your "Extras" coverage.

DeHow much does an Adult ADHD Assessment cost? The total fee for a comprehensive Adult ADHD Assessment is $875.
What does the process look like? The assessment is a rigorous 3-stage process:
Interview: A deep dive into your history and current experiences.
Psychometric Testing: Evidence gathering using validated clinical tools.
Feedback & Formal Report: A dedicated session to discuss results, followed by a detailed report for your records or your psychiatrist.
Is there a rebate for assessments? With a Mental Health Treatment Plan, the Initial Interview and Feedback sessions are eligible for the standard Medicare rebate ($98.95 each). The psychometric testing and reporting components are not covered by Medicare.scription text goes here
