Phase 2: Integrative Strategy & Intervention

Once we have established a clear way forward, the work shifts to breaking the cycles that keep you stuck. This is an integrative phase where the therapeutic approach is tailored to your specific experience:

The final stage ensures that these psychological shifts translate into a sustainable way of living. We move away from the exhaustion of "masking" and toward a life that feels consistent with your values.
